Angelique was here for Spring Break this past week and we had a blast. We did everything from Maggie Valley vacation (pictures in a separate blog) paddle boats, train rides, feeding the horses and visiting the Wild Life Center at Dan Nicholas Park. She got to pick out our dinners every night that ranged from sweet potato casserole to Japanese Shrimp and Chicken stir-fry (and I even made the Shrimp Sauce)
. I kind of wish I had taken more pictures but it was nice to just sit back, laugh and enjoy. Thank you Angelique for a special week. We look forward to seeing you soon!
